My wife and I along with our family and loyal staff have been serving the Cape Cod region some of the freshest, highest quality food in the fast food industry since 2014. You may call it “fast food” but we call it “fresh food”. A huge portion of our menu is prepared fresh daily in house. We use only the best cuts of meat for burgers, incredible char-grilled steak tips and chicken kabob and oven roasted beef sliced hot to order. We also offer a large variety of salads, subs and wraps. Our dough is made fresh every morning for pizza and pita bread, and sometimes even twice a day. Our service may be fast, but our food is of the freshest and highest quality.

Absolutely amazing experience at The One Roast Beef & Pizzeria! I’m giving them 5 stars because everything we ordered was delicious.

I had a roast beef sandwich on an onion roll, and it was truly incredible: fresh, flavorful, juicy, and perfectly made. My wife had the steak sandwich, and it was excellent as well. My daughter also had a chicken sandwich, and she loved it.

The food was fresh, the portions were great, and the service was friendly. If you’re looking for a great place for roast beef, steak sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, pizza, and quality food, I highly recommend The One Roast Beef & Pizzeria. We will definitely be coming back!

If anyone is looking for an affordable way to cater an event, this is the place to go! The food is delicious and the staff is so helpful and accommodating. Antoinette was so wonderful to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our first event was rained out, but there was no problem at all changing the date with them. We have used them twice now…first for a wedding, and then a graduation party. The steak tips are so flavorful and cooked to perfection.The best we’ve ever had! The rice pilaf is delicious, the salads are so fresh, and the pita bread is freshly baked and so delicious! Even if you’re not catering an event, This is the place to go. You won’t regret it!

The Roast Beef! That's what brought us back. We visited the Cape for 5 days and went back 3 times for the roast beef sandwiches, if that tells you anything. The employees are very nice there too. There may be a wait but it's worth your patience.

I love this place! Every time my family comes down to Yarmouth we make sure to stop by for a couple of meals. I get the Buffalo Chicken finger salad at least once as they add just the right amount of sauce and the batter on the chicken is not heavy or greasy. The calzones are stuffed with delicious ingredients and we are always taking home leftovers for the beach. I wish I could buy a dozen loaves of the bread they serve with the salads!

Found this place by searching on Google and I'm glad I did. Food and portions were fire! We had a couple sandwiches and a steak tip salad and all were fat and delicious! Making our order was easy, we found a table, tv was there to entertain my kid with whatever sports was on, food came out pretty quickly and everything was super tasty. I'd def eat here again if I was ever in the area.

This was the best pizza and subs I’ve had a long time! Cheesy, hot and seasoned to perfection! Friendly service, great prices and delicious food. We can’t wait to go back!
